Reanibex 500 EMS

Small, light and compact, but with all the essential functions. Designed especially for emergency use, it prioritises portability, robustness and efficiency without compromising essential defibrillator-monitor features.

Compact Defibrillator, Ideal for EMS

The Reanibex 500 EMS is specially designed to perform advanced monitoring and resuscitation functions. Four operating modes available: Monitor, Manual Defibrillator, Automated Defibrillator and Pacemaker. It can monitor the following vital signs: HR, SpO2, EtCO2, RR, NIBP, and up to 12-lead ECG with Interpretation. It is also GSM and Bluetooth enabled for data transfer.

Features

In AED mode, the device analyses the ECG signal. It performs defibrillation if necessary, guiding the user throughout the intervention protocol. The Reanibex 500 EMS provides audio prompts and on-screen instructions as well as providing CPR guidance. It has a built-in metronome to act as a guide in achieving the correct rate while performing compressions and an indicator to provide information about cardiac massage quality.

In Manual Defibrillator mode, the user interprets the ECG rhythm, decides whether defibrillation or cardioversion is needed, charges the required energy and performs the shock. This shock is delivered using disposable pads.

Push-pad device for error-free CPR. The rescuer applies the push-pad device to the patient's back, and performs chest compressions. The device collects information about the frequency and depth of compressions the rescuer provides to the patient and sends it to the Reanibex 500. The Reanibex 500 displays this information and tells the rescuer whether to perform the compressions faster or slower, deeper or shallower.

For ECG and arrhythmia monitoring, the Reanibex 500 EMS can acquire the waveforms by: Monitoring electrodes and 4+6-lead patient cable Multifunction defibrillation pads

The Reanibex 800 provides automatic ECG analysis using the University of Glasgow algorithm. This algorithm can diagnose all commonly recognized ECG abnormalities, such as myocardial infarction (MI), including severe MI, ventricular hypertrophy, abnormal ST-T changes, and common rhythm abnormalities. It also reports conduction disorders and other anomalies, such as extended QT interval.

A non-invasive transcutaneous pacemaker is a device that delivers electrical stimulation to the heart, triggering cardiac depolarisation and contraction of the myocardium. Pacemaker impulses are delivered only using disposable multifunction pads, both adult and paediatric.

Pulse oximetry is a continuous, non-invasive method of measuring arterial blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate (PR). The measurement is obtained by placing a sensor on the patient, usually on the fingertips or earlobe for adult patients and on the hand or foot for neonatal patients. The sensor is connected to the unit by a patient cable. The sensor captures the patient's data signal and sends it to the unit.

The Reanibex 500 EMS capnography module continuously measures the amount of CO2 in each breath. It shows the amount present at the end of exhalation and the airway respiratory frequency rate.

Using the Training Kit, a defibrillator normally used for real emergency applications can be converted into a training unit. The unit has a special built-in rechargeable training battery and a charger. It is an ideal solution for learning how to use the defibrillator in different scenarios.

Data Transfer

GSM VIA 2G/3G/4G

The GMS module available for the Reanibex 500 EMS can transfer data directly from the defibrillator monitor to the cloud.
The user can then visualise, analyse and manage this data using the Reanibex Data Cloud web application.
