QUALITY POLICY

 

The basic quality goals of Osatu S. Coop. are:

Satisfy customer needs in terms of quality, cost and service.

Reinforce customer perception that products manufactured by Osatu are synonymous with quality and safety.

We will achieve these basic objectives:

  • With the commitment of all members to a job well done.
  • Complying with all points of the specifications and processes.
  • By using the skills of all the people in the organisation to ensure fulfilment of the different processes.
  • Through the ongoing improvement of all the processes, measuring them and reviewing them.
  • Putting the safety of products, users and patients above all other priorities.
  • With the Management’s commitment to provide the resources required to maintain and improve the effectiveness of our Quality Management System.
  • Complying with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

These objectives have been translated into specific quality goals, and the monitoring plan has been set out in the Osatu S. Coop Management Plan. This plan has been developed by the management team, with the participation and involvement of all the members of the different departments, and has been approved by the General Assembly of the Worker’s Cooperative Society.

On the other hand, the relationship between customers and suppliers is a long-term one that permanently improves the processes through which we are interconnected.

The Management’s commitment ensures that all the resources necessary to fulfil the Quality Policy will be provided, and that it will be conveyed to and understood by all the members of the organisation.

The Management reviews and verifies the effectiveness of this Policy through the annual System Review.
