We are Sustainable

Committed to SDGs

Our cooperative model promotes social transformation. A balance between economic growth, protection of the environment and social welfare.

We are committed to this strategic approach, where we focus on social equity and future generations.

These are our priorities in order to meet the 2030 Agenda set by the United Nations.

ENVIRONMENTAL INITIATIVES

At Bexen we have implemented initiatives for the rational use and protection of nature's finite resources that foster the cooperative's commitment to the Environment.

Initiatives undertaken

ISO 14001 Certification and Quality and Environmental Policy
Electricity consumption using renewable energies via our solar panels installed on our roof. 23% of the energy we consume comes from these sources
Fleet of electrically powered vehicles, thus reducing our carbon footprint
Innovative technology with low energy consumption
Reduction of paper and commitment to digitalisation, thus minimising the number of natural resources used in the cooperative's processes

Collaborative projects

The following projects are part of the Integrated Plan for the Promotion of the Social Economy for the generation of an inclusive and sustainable economic fabric within the framework of the Strategic Projects for Economic Recovery and Transformation (PERTE).

SOCIAL INITIATIVES

The healthcare sector is our environment, our field of activity, where we manufacture devices for healthcare professionals that directly contribute to social well-being and generate cardio protected environments for the prevention and safety of people.

At Bexen we are committed to social issues, and to the generation of important links with local entities in the areas of welfare, health, cooperation, training, employment and support to promote social integration.

Bexen People

We have a passion for life and people, which is why we look after them and place them at the centre.

We are committed to internal training and professional development within the cooperative. We have also set up an equality committee with the aim of ensuring equal opportunities for men and women and the well-being of all employees.

“We have made progress in raising awareness and understanding among our community. Our purpose is to lead people towards change and to integrate the policies and measures that are being generated in society into the company.”
